Multi-signer package fails to return EXPIRED status after expiry datetime

We create a package where Primary and Secondary signers are both true We set the expiry datetime for 1 hour when we create the package We process the package, then send the uploaded documents to OneSpan to sign the documents.

I was able to sign a document when a signer is assigned to a signbox using API. But the same users sign is not possible when the singer belongs to a group. is there any restriction to sign via APIs for groups? API response is 200 for both.

I am trying to update the text field inside a document in my draft package via post and/or put api for updating the specified document. The response is coming 200 on sanbox but wheneve I tried to change the value of the text field, it is not changing at all.

Hi There, In our application, I am using the code below to get the documents eSigned Automatically in the sandbox account. There are two documents that needs to be signed and each document is only 70-100kb in size, but the signing process takes about 7~8 seconds to complete the signing.
