We have several templates that contain too many input fields for accepting user inputs. Nowadays, we have a requirement to update the content of the document used in the template, even if it is a minor word change at the bottom section of the document.

What are the session timeouts for a signer?  How long do they have when signing a document to fill it out, etc... I don't see a setting anywhere that we can change.  Can it be changed by support? Thanks

Hi, We are noticing that the handover link is not showing after signing all the documents. Steps to reproduce: 1. We create a package with 4 signers 2. User 1 signs everything works fine, we see the handover link. 3.
Signer can't reassign despite "Change Signer" feature already active.

Hi everyone,Signer #1 already signed the contract, and waiting for Signer #2 to sign the contract.However, Signer #2 is no longer in the role and is supposed to assign the Signer #3 (taking over the role of Signer #2) to sign the document.
