Im currently using the sandbox, to make prove of concept and im trying to anwser some dooubts.
1 - When passing to a production environment the sandbox is migrated or stays as it is?
2 - When passing to a production environment the templates and the layouts are migrated? Is automatic?

We are running into an issue where our signed PDF files are not being displayed correctly in Chrome and sometimes Firefox as well. Everything is normal with the PDF documents until we sign and download them through eSignLive.

We are Generating the documents from another vendor WK(Wolters Kluwer) and passing it to onespan Esign.But we are facing issue while mapping the X/Y coordinates.
Because top/left fields of e-sign are calculated from top left of the page and Wolters Kluwer works like x/y coordinates start at the bot

Signing ceremony is required to collect signature or ‘Click to Sign’ option from user using eSign UI. When user chooses ‘Click to Sign’ option, he or she does not need to sign in signing text pad.

We have a condition where a participant goes to eSign, then quits mid-way.
So for instance we have 3 forms to be eSigned, she eSigns 2 forms and quits.
When she logs in again, we have to get the session token again - by sending a new packet.

We will create few contract document templates(PDF) in onespan using onespan console. These document will have various fields(name, age etc) which will have to be populated programetically during esign journey.
