I have a document that is generated on the fly by our web system. It's a PDF created by the back-end and then goes out for signing. I have been able to upload the document just fine.
Once it goes out for signing, there are two signatures it requires.

Hello,
I am trying to add a document to template, but getting below error. My document has text tags in it.

The document failed to upload and may be locked. Please check the document and try again.

It appears that if our senders upload documents close to the 16mb limit then the signers sign when the sender goes to download the documents they are receiving an error (attached below) which we know is NOT a network connectivity issue.

I'm trying to upload the attached PDF as part of a template. When I do so, I get this error: Cannot process document. Please make sure your document does not contain any embedded files.
Is there a way around this? Perhaps as a different file format?
