Hi, One of our testers performed below use case: a) Signed the document using eSignLive b) The digital signatures were captured in the signature block c) Downloaded the signed copy from eSignLive & opened the PDF d) Clicked on the 'Fill & Sign' option appearing on the right of the document

Hello, We are running into an issue where our signed PDF files are not being displayed correctly in Chrome and sometimes Firefox as well. Everything is normal with the PDF documents until we sign and download them through eSignLive.

We are using a word document that has embedded tags.  We have a required field that one of the signers has to fill out before signing, and this required field is at the end of the document

We have a service setup to get the "SIGNER_COMPLETE" notification but we need to iterate through and see who has signed and who hasn't. Is there a way in the .net code to get which signers are complete or at least which documents they have signed in the package?

Hello, I want to create a package from an already created template with sign field & assign to the signer and show in an iframe to sign the fields. I am using PHP. I tried using simple web application PHP code given in the forum. but not working. Please help me with that.

We allow users to click a sign button on a page that expires rather quickly (2 minutes) and it opens OneSpan in an external browser tab. Does OneSpan have a feature to ping an endpoint during the signing ceremony to keep the session alive on the source page?

Hello there, I have an eSignLive integration, using the SDK v11, where I am able to Create& Send package for signing to: 1. Three Signers with corresponding "Click to Sign" signatures 2.
