Can I turn off the email to signers? I had expected a     .withSettings(newDocumentPackageSettings()                             .withInPerson()) might do that, but I got the email this way too.

Is there a way to customize the handoverlink Href property at a signer level?  I've only been able to see it at the document package level.  I'd like to redirect based on the signer role, and trying to find the best way to do so.  If I can't handle it here, I'll have to do so from
Session timeouts for a signer

What are the session timeouts for a signer?  How long do they have when signing a document to fill it out, etc... I don't see a setting anywhere that we can change.  Can it be changed by support? Thanks

Does the signer need to be split into first name and last name in the package? Or is it possible to pass in the full name to the package?

I would like to be able to save a 'role' type attribute against a group signer - for example 'Insurance Agent'. I find when I save a signer of type group, the customId attribute is not returned when I request the package.

I am testing the use of the JavaSDK in my local environment using my person sandbox API key. It has worked fine with the classic experience, but my organization is moving to NSE and I want to test documents that I create with NSE. Can I convert my sandbox account to the NSE?

Hi, We've a scenario wherein we have 3 signers for a given document and all of them sign sequentially. Singer1 signs then signer2 and then signer3. The issue though is that signer2 is identified at runtime and known to signer1. i.e.

Hello, We are getting exception when we try to add signers to package with same email. We are receiving message - 'The email is already in use for package'. So, is there a way we can add signers with same email to the package? Thanks, Sushma
Saving past signer's details

I'm aware that OneSpan saves past signer's details so that it is easier to populate them in drop down when I create the transaction for the same signers. Is there a way to clear that data from the drop down if the signer is no longer with the organization?
