Hi, I'm working to retrieve all sender from the accounts that I manage in order to generate some reports. I'm trying to figure out what is the best approach to incrementally grab new senders without retrieving the full list again. Do you have any suggestion using REST API's calls?

Hey team, We want to delete a sender and re-invited to another account. But when I called the API below: HTTP Request DELETE /api/account/senders/{senderId} HTTP Headers Accept: application/json Content-Type: application/json Authorization: Basic api_key The sender wasn't successfully deleted.
retrieving Sender via email adderess ( works ) vs Sender ID ( fails )

After doing some 11.39 SANDBOX testing; seems retrieving Sender via Email works but retrieving Sender via Sender ID does not.

POST /account/senders/{senderUid}/resetpassword I'm using the above with the REST API to attempt to reset passwords for senders in an account.
Signing Session in iFrame Error

After creating a package, I get the session token for that package, and return the access signing URL which I pass to an iframe. The ceremony comes up but with this error at the top in a red box: “Unexpected error. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you, please try again.

We allow users to click a sign button on a page that expires rather quickly (2 minutes) and it opens OneSpan in an external browser tab. Does OneSpan have a feature to ping an endpoint during the signing ceremony to keep the session alive on the source page?

Hi, When 'eslClient.getPackageService().getPackage({packageID}).getSigners()' is used, it gives a list of all signers including the sender as one of the signers.
How to get Sender's ApiKey via API

Hi, I need to get newly created sender's API key and store it in local database. Sender class does not contain attribute APIkey. Is this even possible?
