Is there a way to customize what the user sees under the fields and types options in the designer? Basically, is there a way to turn off the mobile signature option in the type menu and the unbound fields (text box, check box, radio button, etc) in the fields menu? Thanks Colleen

Guys, When we view a non required document on a pc or table, it allows the users to arrow past it. When we take that same loan and view it on our mobile phone, the user does not get the ability to arrow past it. They have to either accept it or decline it. Is this intended?

Hello, I've been looking through the documentation but I can't find what I'm looking for. Is there a document navigation for the signing ceremony in an iFrame similar to that of the mobile experience (see attached)?

For the Signing Ceremony we currently can set the HandoverUrl only when the Package is created. It would make more sense and allow more flexibility to be able to set/override the HandoverUrl when the Signing Ceremony link is generated (e.g.

Hi, This forum has been such a great help so far, that I figured I'd post here on the off-chance you can provide some guidance. We're working on displaying the Signing Ceremony iFrame within our application on mobile devices (specifically an iPad running Safari) and have run into some issues.
Safari iFrame display differently between mobile and desktop.

Hi We are displaying e-document in iFrame. On Safari, there was a known cookie issue described in https://developer.esignlive.com/forums/topic/cookie-issues-on-safari/ . We are ok with it as long as it shows description and guideline to the client.

When I create a transaction (using the https://gs.onespan.cloud/rpoc-saa endpoint) I get back a token as expected. First off, the token contains an access URL that does not work (it uses the wrong endpoint: https://salesdemo-dealflo.uat.eu1.tid.onespan.cloud).
