Use Case: Client has Vertical Enterprise App that they can customize output.  We have trained them on text tags and they are very excited for dynamic signing blocks, etc.  
Sandbox access lost from one machine but not another

We've been using the sandbox for testing. We use the sandbox from our development machines and a server. Everything was fine until a few weeks ago. We cannot get documents signed using the test server. I know we were able to get documents signed using the test server last December.

We have the need for users to fill out certain text during the signing ceremony - such as Name, Title, Company, etc. In our case, these wouldn't be auto-populated fields. What's the best way to ensure users are navigating to these fields for completion.

Hello Team, I have a problem with the order of the Consent Document and the Contract. I am using API to created the package and send the documents. In the beginning I was sending only a Contract. Last days I did some code changes to add the Consent Document.

We have everything working great with Laserfiche Forms, where after the signatures are completed, OneSpan knows to assign a certain metadata field to the specified document to indicate to the corresponding workflow that processing can continue. We have no issues on that end.
