I hear from Account Reps at my Company that DocuSign has a feature that sends them an Email if the Signer has opened the Email sent to them by DocuSign. My ESign Customer Success Representative has informed my Colleague that ESign can do the same thing.

Can I have templates in eSignLive using the portal and then connect to SF and have all those templates available for my use. Or do I need to create all these templates once again using SF connector. Thanks, Sudhangi

I am successfully receiving events in Salesforce for transactions I created in the OSS portal but not for any packages I create via the SDK.  Is there something I need to set when I create packages via APEX? I noticed this comment in your blog series on Salesforce events:

Hi, I am not getting email bounce notification for wrong email signer in request. This is my post to silanis, please let me know is there anything missing in request. I have checked the email bounce check box in call back events.

In the documentation for Document Extraction, it explains that a Textfield or Checkbox must be completed before a Signer can sign a package:   Before signing, Agent1 must complete two fields: 1 [Agent1.Fullname1.Textfield1] 2
Remove Signature that is stored @package level

Hello Team, Can we remove the signature that is captured @Package Level which we use to apply again on the further docs of that package. Instead of creating new package to capture new signature on Signer change. Thanks, Navya.

Hi We are able to create the package but the status was not changing to SENT. below is the sample request we are using to create the package and then updating the status.  
Failure to delete the default-consent document - strange behavior

I'm seeing some odd behavior, on my local development environment, I can create a package and delete the "default-consent" page without issue. Once I've moved this to our integration environment, this same call fails.

It appears that all the links withing PDF document become inactive once document went trough a signing process. i have tried 2 cases and none worked. 1. Created PDF doc with link to a web page. 2.
Modifying Handover URLs after package creation

Is it possible to update the handover urls everytime a different user accesses the package? We have users who will access the document via sa personalised URL and we are hoping that after signing it would navigate them back to their personal url.
