Is there a way to use master account API key to get user specific API key for a selected subaccount.  I'm not sure what call to use if it's possible.

Hi, I am trying to resolve an issue when using iframe to load the inPerson (where all parties can sign in same URL) signing URL in tablet (iPad) Safari. I wonder if there anybody facing this same issue before and have the solution for it.

Using the OneSpanSign.sdk there is no document type for text files, which may or may not have the TXT extension.  I can drag and drop files via the UI into transactions but I don't see any easy way using the API to upload them.

Hi OSS Community Team, For signer person ui we use OneSpan signing URL (https://sandbox.esignlive.com/authentication?target=https://sandbox.esignlive.com/transaction/{:transactionId}/sign&loginToken=******) to get data, in this case we get HTML page.

Regarding document extraction, I read the following information from your website, and doesn't mention not support for text area, So what's the tag should put in the PDF file? I tried [Primary01.Capture5.TextArea1], but seems not working, please advise.

ADA transaction failed when confirm

Hi, I created ADA transaction via API call, and when I tried to click "confirm" button" during signing ceremony, it showed error as attachment, any idea what's wrong? I attached document and create package payload as well. thanks, Cindy

How to get the relation ship between sub accounts through get api so that i can programatically create relation ships while creating a sub account (parent > child > grandchild)
