So I have a current workflow that includes KBA on some signers for various packages. When the signer gets their signing url, we are seeing the attached error on the screen. Sometimes it takes us to where we can then proceed to answer the KBA and sometimes it doesn't.

Once the Package is updated with status = "SENT", emails are sent to the corresponding applicants (signers) in the package. Hi , We are using our own twilio to send SMS. Once the User clicks on the link from email , onespan will call the Callback url configured in account settings with the OTP. And we inturn ,send it to the users by our Twilio account

WithDialogOnComplete() stops working after upgrade

Hello, We recently upgraded our internal ESL system to 6.2. After the upgrade, packages created with .WithDialogOnComplete() no longer present the dialog at the end of the signing process. Is there a separate setting that has to be enabled on the account level for this dialog to work?
Error message as "Another Signer must accept or sign before you."
