We have the thank you dialog box for signing ceremony disabled for our signers, and it doesn't show up when you finish signing on a desktop. However the thank you messaging still shows when finished signing on a mobile device. Is there a way to hide this on the mobile UI as well?

Hi One Span Team, I'm using sign at home feature in my application, 1. After clicking on the email link "Go to Documents" and entering the pass code signed some documents and closed browser window. 2.

When the signing ceremony is in an iFrame on a mobile device in portrait orientation there is a message asking the user to turn their mobile device to a landscape orientation.

Hi! When sending some eSignLive packages (.NET SDK), here is the error message I receive for some of the packages I send (it works for others :-S) What does it mean that my document could not be flattened ?
