I was told I could set a package up for review, but I don't see the option to stop a package from going to COMPLETE status once signing is complete. Where would I find that option?

We would like to not have a button to send to mobile on our HANDDRAWN signature block. Couldn't find option on sig block, any way to disable mobile signing anywhere else?

We've a scenario that requires use of digital signing capability in areas that may not have internet connectivity.
Does eSignLive have or support any kind of 'offline' mode?

For the package id 3W4u7y3fgdBUMmSE0ZciFWdUzNo= , the disableDownloadForUncompletedPackage was set to false
however I cannot see the download button during the signing ceremony

Lets say that we have 3 signers. Is there a workflow for when we have to change signers for a document that has already been signed by one of the other signers involved?

Hello,
I have a form to be signed, inside this form there are 5 signatures for same person or email, can I have one of these signature and keep the other signatures active.

Hi,
I am trying to add signature and signature date in a PDF, using "extractAnchor" to find the white text inside the PDF. It is working for most of the PDF. But I am getting error for some specific PDF. I can see enough space is available after the white text.

Can we configure it to not expire

Please explain the difference between SessionService.CreateSessionToken( ) and PackageService.GetSigningUrl( ). If I want to embed the signing ceremony in an iframe in a web app, which of those two methods should I use? Thanks,
