Is it possible to transfer templates in OneSpan? I know we can share out templates when they are created, but what if we have someone that has a lot of templates that everyone uses, and they decide to retire next week.

Issue with multiple captures on document losing handdrawn value

Guys, I am working on a package that has both captures on one document. I'm using the handdrawn value for one and the fromfile for the other. On the first approval using the handdrawn value, it works fine. I then go onto the fromfile capture approval and it works fine.

hi, we have developped a platform that make it easy to integrate digital signature solution with differents internal application in a company. a customer is interested and thus we need to deploy our platform in their Azure web application. my idea was that is to request a sandbox + prod environment
