Hi, We are trying to automate the app shielding process in our CI platform by using the REST API. The API method https://cp.onespan.com/public_api/v1/rasp/bind_package takes a file as a parameter but on use it returns "(422) Unprocessable Entity."

I need to customize signing ceremony (logo, primary and secondary color) at package level I saw that you can send a settings.ceremony object with some parameters, but i don't see you can send properties from signing theme (i.e: primary color)

I downloaded the copy tool then made the mistake of setting it to be opened with Acrobat. What should it be opened with? I have downloaded the JRE environment.  I have used this tool several times but this is a new laptop. Thanks for the help.

Anyone had problems opening esign packages using MS Edge?  Click opens new tab but returns a user back to the salesforce record without showing the package record

I'm trying to create a new template using a PDF and inserting the "check box".  When a user goes to use the template the check boxes no longer appear.

I am using onespan for sending documents for signing.Is there a way to add custom fields while creating a package? When i am sending the mail for people to sign the document, i make use of fields such as $PACKAGE_NAME and $PACKAGE_OWNER_EMAIL in my html file.
Download signed documents with a date range

I keep getting the attached error message.  When I wait and restart it's usually okay but it's painful that I can only do about 40 - 50 users at one time.

there is a sdk documentation for events on packages. I can't see how to fetch user key. Does the key comes as part of json payload? or you use different method?
