We use Salesforce with OneSpan. We are using API integration to merge field values from salesforce into OneSpan template fields.I have a Salesforce field that is a Rich Text Area field, formatted as HTML.

We're having some issues with hiding documents from some signers.  It works for the most part, but we don't seem to be able to hide a document from a signer when they are also the sender of the package.  Is this intentional?  Is that breaking some sort of base logic which requires

We are an on prem installation running version 7.2.  We have integrated with OneSpan using the .Net SDK.  My question is how large is the message for all recipients field on the package?   We don't want to allow users to enter a longer message in our UX than what is supported

I was a bit surprised to find the PackageService.updatePackage only updates package-level properties and does not deal with the complexities of adding/removing/updating the signers and documents.

How can you have a clustered configuration with OneSpan Signon.  I have several servers which I like to have the eSignature service running on them, whats the best way to create a cluster configuration that can run the OneSpan solution in a distributive manner.
