We know it is possible to configure the Reminder Schedule (days until first reminder, days between reminders, number of repetitions) at the package/transaction level after the package/transaction is created, using API before 11.16, both API and UI after.

I have included the eSignLive package related list on the Contact and Account detail pages in Salesforce connector for eSignLive! However, those detail pages are not showing any eSignLive activity – only the Opportunity. Is it possible to see that information on Contact/Account?

I have a hypothetical question at this time. We may want to request another Onespan account with end users for a specific line of business at our organization. Having multiple Onespan accounts has some limitations.
