Hi all, If we wanted to use a source or reference account settings for a target account's configuration, can oneSpan ensure that the configuration is duplicated accurately or is there a chance of human error.

Hi, We have an account with IDV enabled. We just wanted to confirm whether it is necessary for us to use the Retrieve IDV workflow api call before setting the authentication for a signer as "DV" or "DVF" while creating a package using create package api.

How can you have a clustered configuration with OneSpan Signon.  I have several servers which I like to have the eSignature service running on them, whats the best way to create a cluster configuration that can run the OneSpan solution in a distributive manner.

Hi, 1) in our on-prem version, I don't see the authentication for recipient can use KBA, and also I tried in the sandbox, doesn't see it either. Would you please let me know in which version KBA is available and how to use it?

I have a hypothetical question at this time. We may want to request another Onespan account with end users for a specific line of business at our organization. Having multiple Onespan accounts has some limitations.

We know it is possible to configure the Reminder Schedule (days until first reminder, days between reminders, number of repetitions) at the package/transaction level after the package/transaction is created, using API before 11.16, both API and UI after.
