We are Generating the documents from another vendor WK(Wolters Kluwer) and passing it to onespan Esign.But we are facing issue while mapping the X/Y coordinates. Because top/left fields of e-sign are calculated from top left of the page and Wolters Kluwer works like x/y coordinates start at the bot

Is it possible to remove the "on MM/DD/YYY" date piece from the eSign generated signature? We have a separate signature date line which we have eSign populate. Thanks, David

  eSign Document is embedded as an iframe. While the signing ceremony is being performed on  mobile we came across unexpected behavior on clicking of Cancel in the pop-up (which is launched when we tap to sign)

For the esign iam not able to get the iframe height based on the content of the document. If I try to fetch the content height of the esign I am getting "cross-origin error". I have 3 section element inside the iframe that is main, header and footer.
Esign Signing Date Label

eSign will be auto populating our signature date line. During the signing ceremony, a label is rendered with a rectangle gray box containing "Signing Date" Is there a way to hide this or customize the look? See attached screenshot. Thanks, David
Shrink "E-Signed by..." Text

Hello, Is there any way to shrink the size of the E-Signed by text seen in the attachments? We are using hand drawn signatures, and the sign all signatures. The E-Signed by text is fairly big and makes it difficult to see the actual signature. Thanks.
