Got a notification that OSS-US-PROD-2 will be upgrading OS during a 3 hour window and it made me realize I do not have enough knowledge about the OneSpan production environment to know what this means for us. I see OneSpan has OSS-US-PROD-1 and OSS-US-PROD-2 production platforms.

I am trying to find documentation on we can create fields on a PDF that OSS can anchor to. I have Adobe Acrobat CC and can add text fields to a PDF file. I am trying to anchor to the field by the name I gave those text fields and it doesn't appear the OSS can find them. Am I adding these field

I am successfully receiving events in Salesforce for transactions I created in the OSS portal but not for any packages I create via the SDK. Is there something I need to set when I create packages via APEX?

We are using the APEX SDK plus OSS event notifications to manage our signing ceremonies. Salesforce sends out all emails to the signers with the OSS url.

The OssClient.DownloadZippedDocuments method is throwing the following error sporadically. The code below that contains this method works the majority of the time. I would appreciate any suggestions on why this error happens every once and a while.

Trying to save signed docs on our server. Looping through the doc collection, Content is null with code bellow:
