Error creating OneSpan package with documents: 520 - null

What does the following error message mean when trying to pass through a Salesforce attachment to OneSpan?
Error creating OneSpan package with documents: 520 - null - error code: 520
I've since called our method used to do this process manually, and it generated fine (without the attachment being modified in any way).
We did have roughly 10K packages generated within a few hours, is this what could have caused it?

Did you see this error when using the Salesforce Connector UI? I noticied a similar error when I first add a new signer, in the meanwhile when the new line is still loading, I clicked the add new document button and this new uploaded document could cause a null pointer error. Not sure if this is the same scenario for you. If the issue persists, please feel free to fill in a support ticket ([email protected]) and escalate the issue.
