two signers in one group

Hello, if two signers are required in a group, can it be configured?
Even if you have the same email in the group, perhaps just changing the name of the person signing in the group?

Hi Karen,

Thanks for your post! If I understand your question properly, are you trying to achieve a use case where two signers (let's say a couple) share the same email, and you want to allow either one of them signing and displaying&auditing the correct name?

It could be a bit challenging for the Group signing feature, because members in group need to have sender profiles first. However, as of now, OSS doesn't support senders to share the same email.

Thus, the solution could be either to create different senders (with different emails) for these two signers and add them in a group, or you still add them as two different signers (OSS allows signers to share the same email) and set the signatures&fields as optional.

We want to send a signing ceremony to a company which has a "Group Email' address.  So that anyone in the group can sign.  Additionally, they want us to have TWO people from this Group Email to sign.  So, do we add two recipients with the same Group email address, but have different First and Last names?

Hi Karen,

From your description, it sounds like it should be appliacable to your scenario if you add two recipients with the same service email and with different first&last names.
