Change "Clear All" Message

Hi, I was wondering if it's possible to change the "Clear All" message. Right now if you click on the button this message pops up: "You are about to remove all the signature fields and barcodes from this document. Are you sure you want to do this?" We do not use barcodes in our application so this might be confusing for our users. I didn't find any option to change that in the .NET SDK Documentation so I thought I'd ask. Thanks, Fernando

Hey Fernando, The QR Codes are not in the new UI, so this wording is only in the old UI. When everything is migrated to the new UI, this will go away. Unfortunately, outside of switching to the new UI, there is nothing that can be done with the wording on that dialog box.

Michael, Is it possible to switch to the new ui in the Sandbox? If so, what's the effort to do that and is there a cost? Thanks Colleen

Your old account cannot be changed by you. I believe they are working on a way to transition the old service onto the new one, but I don't know what the timeline is. You yourself can go create a new sandbox in the new UI and work with support to get any settings you've had changed in your old sandbox set up on the new one. Any templates or layouts will have to be recreated. You could likely do this in code, creating a class to pull down your templates from the old service and rebuild them in the new service. If you don't have any of these things, getting a sandbox on the new UI is easy: just go to the Getting Started page and create a new sandbox. It will be created on the new instance. You can use the same email you used for the old instance.

Michael, Thank you for the quick response. We'll create a new sandbox and ask support to push over our settings. One last question, if we go live in the next few weeks, which version is in Production? We have not used our production account yet. Thanks Colleen

Just like with the sandbox, there are both versions in production because there are differences in the platform. Most all of the api calls are the same for both, so you shouldn't run into too many issues, there, if any. Let me know if you run into issues, I'd be glad to help.
