Complete All
With the Complete All button you can manage all records When a pending alert becomes available for processing, a unique alert record is created that can be tracked throughout its life cycle. Alert records are never reopened; once closed, they remain closed. In the event that a case must be reopened, a new alert record is created.at the same time. When you click Complete All, a new window opens. This window enables you to add an action to be taken, a required result, and a memo for each relevant customer.
