Scroll Bar Issue in Esign

For the esign iam not able to get the iframe height based on the content of the document. If I try to fetch the content height of the esign I am getting "cross-origin error". I have 3 section element inside the iframe that is main, header and footer. I need to get the height of these 3 elements and need to sum up this for the iframe height. But i am not able to get the style elements of the esign source.

Hey Sathya, After doing some investigation, it seems that in order to manipulate iframe, either iframe and parent window were in the same origin or they were cross-origin but you have access to manipulate the source code within the iframe. When integrating with OneSpan Sign SaaS environment, none of the criteria were met so that it's not feasible to do it. It's the same reason why you can't use something like scrolling="no" or overflow:hidden to disable the scroll bar. In fact, it's suggested to use fixed height and let the built-in scroll bar works to browse all documents. Hope this could help! Duo
