duplicate email.complete

Hi team, In our current implementation, the email notifications for package completion event are meant to be sent for each signer, and CC to the package owner by default. For example, if you have two signers, then the package owner will receive two notifications in total as it is meant to be. But we have a client who's asking whether their package owner can avoid receiving multiple CC'ed emails. Any workarounds for this? Thanks.

Hey there, In an upcoming release, there will be a separate email.complete that will be only available for just the sender, so this could solve client's issue. But the client has to wait till 11.28 release for this one though, as far as I am informed. To work it around in current implementation, there is an email.evidence.summary that can go out with the documents and evidence summary attached ONLY sent to package owner, which somehow also solves client's issue. The only concern here is, this email template doesn’t have a link to the ceremony, just the documents attached. Hope this could help! Duo
