API Key - PROD Env

My Operator id configured with Production env (US2). I could not find the API key in the integration tab of the Admin Page. How to get a API key for PROD environment . Kindly let me know the End Point URL for the production env API's.

Hey Aishwaria, I checked with our support team, it seems that there's only one account under your organization's email domain and it has a professional plan(which doesn't have integration enabled). So it's better that you can contact your CSR and they will help you with your account related issue. For US2 Production End point URL, it's https://sandbox.esignlive.com/api. Hope this could help!
