Is account configurations promoted or copied?

Hi all, If we wanted to use a source or reference account settings for a target account's configuration, can oneSpan ensure that the configuration is duplicated accurately or is there a chance of human error. Does oneSpan promote account configuration file/object, use an account copy utility, or manually set the various account settings? Thanks..

Hey King, "Import&Export Account settings" function in backoffice will be introduced at 11.28 version. (refer to release note for detailed descriptions and Trust Center for release date) After that, a utility tool can be used to copy all your settings from account to account by JSON. Before that, it was done manually by our support analysts. Hope this could help! Duo
