Signing Status Issue

Hi Team, We have a client reporting that they recently noticed that they are getting two types of status from OneSpan, 'SIGNING_COMPLETED' and 'COMPLETE', when individual signer completes the signing process. Whereas, previously they were getting 'SIGNING_COMPLETED' on individual signing completion and 'COMPLETED' on completion of the package(i.e all signers have signed). Just wanted to confirm what status we would be getting from OneSpan when each signer completes the signing process and when the complete package is signed. Thanks!
