REST API - JavaScript create package example

Hello folks, any good / simple javascript examples of creating packages using multipart http post method? i'd like to use JavaScript to create a new package and upload the required docuement for eSignature. any guidance would be much appreciated. cheers.

We had not been able to do this because of the cross-domain origin header settings. I am not sure if this has been resolved to allow these calls or not. I will do some testing and let you know.
