How to unlock a signer on a package that is Complete
Monday, June 1, 2020 at 03:16pmI have a package that was sent out for signing and was completed successfully. The member is now trying to access the documents to review for their records and have input their Q&A incorrectly too many times. When I open my OneSpan Inbox and look into this package, this signer shows as "Locked". There is no option that I can see to unlock this signer. Can someone please advise on what to do so that this user can access his signed documents?

I only see the same issue in classic sender UI (https://sandbox.esignlive.com/packages/KHu_K19MrvAFKKECSsXw5Mf_Cc0=), when I switch to the new sender UI (https://sandbox.esignlive.com/a/transaction/KHu_K19MrvAFKKECSsXw5Mf_Cc0=), the unlock button still appears even if the package has been completed. If you are in the SaaS environment, you can try to convert the URL if you can't find the "switch to new sender UI" option. (If you are in on-premise environment and don't have the new sender UI component installed, you may need some simple integration setup to achieve this)
