Error code onespoan_user_sobo_err

Is this your own integration or you are leveraging a OneSpan Sign connector?

If it's your own integration, the error "onespoan_user_sobo_err" is not directly returned by OneSpan Sign, therefore you may need to get a more detailed log from your server to proceed the troubleshooting

It it's a connector, which connector are you consuming with? What are the steps to reproduce this error?

Not really sure I'm more of an Admn than a developer.

We are using an eCommerce system on an Ivalua platform using SSO.

When a contract analyst gets an email stating they have a contract to sign, they click the link in the email which takes them to the appropriate contract.

The document that needs to be signed is selected. The error occurs when the analyst clicks on the signature transaction button to go out to OneSpan for signature

Have you submitted a support ticket at [email protected]? From your description, it seems the error happens when the transaction gets sent out, however because the error message doesn't provide enough useful information, you may still have to reach out to your developers and fetch the error logs at your side to help us diagnose the root cause of issue.
