OneSpan new versions: are fallback possible?

CONTEXT

We know that version 11.42 will be out in SandBox on June 9, 2021 and in PROD on July 8, 2021.

 

QUESTION

In our internal process, we need to know what would happen if this update (or any future OneSpan updates) generate issues on our side. Hence: is there a possibility to have a fallback to the previous version? And how long do we have before that the new version gets permanent?
