Moving (Or Hiding) E-Sign Watermark over Physical Signature

We are reviewing documents we have received back from E-Sign. We have a situation where customers enter an actual written signature, and then the final document has the E-Signed By NAME HERE watermark over the actual signature. Is there any way to move or hide that watermark?

Hi Trevor, Yes, that is definitely doable. You'll have to email support a request to hide the capture watermark. In your request, please include your email address and instance (e.g. https://apps.esignlive.com/) tied to your eSignLive account.
