Hi

 

Is there any customisation available in the results screen to amend the wording on the failure to identify screen in the POC environment? or any workflows with alternative results screens

Hi Brian,

In the Rapid POC environment there is not, however, you will be able to use the new redirects feature in the upcoming release (expected for next week).  This feature will allow you to specify your own redirect URLs for a number of exit points.  One of those exit points is after a failed transaction.

Also, in the production environments, you can customize the pages for anything that you want, this includes multiple languages and rewording and layout changes.
