Apex SDK is not creating Transaction in Salesforce

0 votes

Transaction is being created in One Span through apex but transactions are not being created in Salesforce. What's the process to create the transaction in Salesforce?

Hi ikesb,

Thanks for your post!

Are you using the out-of-the-box OneSpan Sign Salesforce Connector (installed via AppExchange), or are you implementing your own integration with help of APEX SDK? Please note that you won't be able to leverage them in a hybrid way because they are not sharing the same modelling and therefore a transaction created by APEX SDK won't appear in the connector page's list.

Thank you for your response!

Now, I understand the underlying architecture of OneSpan and their REST services. I've few queries related to Apex SDK, would appreciate if you could clarify.

  • Is there any difference between OneSpanSDK and EsignLiveSDK apex class? In most of the example in the one span community EsignLiveSDK is referred, however the Apex SDK installed OneSpanSDK class.
  • While creating a transaction from a template and create/distribute the created transaction to multiple recipients using bulk send feature enabled; Is one span create separate transaction for each recipient?
  • While retrieving the document from eSignLive, in response, we're not getting any information of the signer.
