Can't Deleted user Master in OneSpan

Dear Supporter,

We would like to delete user master from OneSpan but it's popup message error as below: 

Status Code : -300

Return Code : -1

Error : Error 1451 : [ma-3.1.7][10.4.12-MariaDB]Cannot delete or update a parent row: a foreign key constraint fails (`identikey`.`vdsstoredreport`, CONSTRAINT `vdsstoredreport_userid_fk` FOREIGN KEY (`vdsDomain`, `vdsUserId`) REFERENCES `vdsuser` (`vdsDomain`, `vdsUserId`))
