Back-end setting to require signature for every signature box

0 votes
Hi, I am wondering if there's a back-office setting or configuration option that would force a signer to explicitly sign in every signature box instead of the current behavior - which is to collect the signature once and apply it to all signature boxes. Thanks in advance for any info you can provide. Cheers, -Chris

Hi Chris, This feature is currently on our roadmap where you will be able to set on an account level whether your signers must draw their signatures in every signature box. I will post back here when it becomes available.

Hi Chris, The enforce capture signature feature is now available in our sandbox and production environment. You can have a look at this blog for more info on how to set it up: https://www.esignlive.com/blog/esignlive-release-11-0-6-whats-new/ Edit: Just as an fyi, this feature is on a package level and not on an account level as I initially mentioned.
