Uniqueness of names and ids

Hi There, According to the requirements we have, if a person doesn’t completes the purchase by paying but has signed the documents, if that person comes back again after certain number of days, he needs to do the whole transaction again. So, for the eSignLive Package that a person has signed already, he needs to sign it again but we want to keep the old document for reference as well. If we archive the old package, can we use the same customId and Package Name? The packageId is generated dynamically, right?
