eSignLive modal window is showing empty in Chrome browser of IOS Device

Hi, We are using the REST API service for eSignLive Integration. Observed that, sign navigation is not being displayed for IOS Device in Safari browser and received the update that this is known issue and will be addressed in Q4 . But our client is using Chrome browser to validate the eSignLive functionality then the eSignLive window is opened as blank. Please let us know whether we need to send any additional parameters to achieve this specific to IOS device. This is working fine in all the Desktop browser except IOS device browser. Thanks, Allen

Hey Allen, Can you describe the technology used in the web application to provide the modal window? Can you provide your code? Also, what version of iOS is being used?
