Created package is in drafts folder

Hi Team, We are using rest API to communicate with esign live . when we create and send document we are using the below url . https://sandbox.e-signlive.com/api/packages Once we send the request I am able to see the package in drafts folder . I am not receiving the mail also . I would like to have the package in inbox and not in drafts folder .Could you please guide me on this . Thanks for the help.

When you are creating the package, please make sure the status in request. If the status is as DRAFT, then you wont get any email notifications nor the package wont show in Inbox. You have to specify the package status as SENT either creation time or later when package is ready as per your requirements. Then Signers will start getting email notifications.
