Detecting Package Complete with eSignLive’s Event Notifier

0 votes
Hello, We have decided to utilize the event notifier to allow us to manage an integration with an in-person signing session to help us control our iFrame. We have it working great when there is a single signer, we receive the Signer_Complete event and from that we redirect our parent frame to our own completion page(s). However, we are running into a bit of trouble with joint signers. It doesn't appear there is a notifier for detecting when the Package is complete. Please see my previous forum post for more details on what we are trying to achieve: https://developer.esignlive.com/forums/topic/automatic-signer-progression-when-using-in-person-option/ I referenced the following site: https://www.esignlive.com/blog/esignlive-event-notifier/ How would you approach this? The desired behavior we need is to know when the package is completed by both signers. We have some options. We could keep a counter however that seems very fragile considering this would all be done on the client side. We could make a status call to eSignLive after every Signer_Complete event, but that seems like a waste when there are already so many great notifications coming to us via the event notifier. Is there no support for package/transaction complete in the event notifier? If not, do you have plans to support it eventually? Which approach would you take? Thanks! Ron Eddy

Hi Ron, I'm not sure if we will add the package_complete event for the event notifier or not. I will have to check with our PMs. However, the way I go about it is like you mentioned to keep a counter, which works very well.
