I have a question, when I did this tutorial check package status and download files , and receive the packages they come into a zip package, and all my documents are PDF'S. I also tried a transaction with a word file, but the result its the same, I received the zip but my file was been converted into a PDF file, but I still want my word file with the signature. So, how can I download the zip package with my word file after been signed? Or I will always receive my files of type PDF?

Hi Duarte, You will always be returned a PDF document regardless of the type of the document you upload. This is mainly for security purposes.
