Safari iFrame display differently between mobile and desktop.

0 votes
Hi We are displaying e-document in iFrame. On Safari, there was a known cookie issue described in https://developer.esignlive.com/forums/topic/cookie-issues-on-safari/ . We are ok with it as long as it shows description and guideline to the client. However we found that it only happens on the mobile version. On desktop version it just shows a blank page. Please suggest any solution that can help us. Thanks William

Hi William, The cookie setting in your Safari browser has to be set at: "Allow from websites I visit". Is that the case?

Hey Haris We just want to display the following message for user when they do not have the right cookie setting (screenshot attached): Session Expired Your browser needs to have cookies fully enabled. ....... Currently e-signlive display this automatically in mobile Safari, but in desktop Safari, it just show a blank page. We would like to show this error page in desktop as well. Thanks William

Hi Shen, After a quick test, the inconsistent behavior still remains. I can create a support ticket on your behalf and let's see when it can be fixed. At the meantime, few potential solutions solving the cookie issue on Safari has been raised, I will also let you know when any workaround is officially recommended to use. Duo
