Enum value FULLNAME does not populate ESign date for English version

Hi OneSpan Team - We have a requirement where we need to populate the ESign Date and fullname on a accepted document , We are using the Enum value FULLNAME as subtype and type as SIGNATURE. This is working fine for French version , but for the English version we are only able to see the fullname. Please find the attached screen shots for the same .Requesting to help us on this. Hey Danny, For signature formats, there're separate settings for all languages, which is at your account level. So it's possible that your signature formats are different depending on different languages. You can simply send your account's email and your request to [email protected] and our support team would change your English version's signature format accordingly. Duo
