Date format of Date Bound field

I looked in the docs and the API but this was not immediately obvious if this function existed so question: I can specify a bound field Date, that gets filled in by eSignLive with the date that the user signs. However the date format that is filled in now does not match the date on our PDF form template. Is there a way to tell eSignLive how to format the auto populated dates? I'm thinking like a datemask where you say FieldBuilder.SignatureDate().WithFormat("mm/DD/yyyy")
