Hello,
Can you include SMS or Q&A in a bulk send.
If so, how would this look like in the CSV file.

Hi Norbert,

 

Sorry for the late reply as I was on PTO last few weeks. For your question, yes, you can include signer authentication in bulk send csv file! I've attached a sample csv file where the authentication type is NONE.

As per the Bulk Sending guide described, simply modify below five columns according to your authentication method:

AUTH_TYPE    AUTH_PROMPT     AUTH_CHALLENGE     AUTH_PROMPT    AUTH_CHALLENGE

CHALLENGE   Question1                Answer1                         Question2              Answer 2

 

AUTH_TYPE     AUTH_PROMPT     AUTH_CHALLENGE     AUTH_PROMPT     AUTH_CHALLENGE

SMS                  +15145638888
