Friday, June 2, 2023 at 02:59pmHi Cindy,
There are two email templates can be attached attachments:
"email.evidence.summary": this email can be attached evidence summary only, or evidence summary + signed document, but not signed documents without evidence summary
"email.complete": this email is sent to signers after transaction completion. By default, sender is CC'd in this email. This email can be attached signed documents which this signer has visibility on.
To note that "email.transaction.complete" is a singular copy of completion email sent to sender, however this email can't be attached signed document.

Friday, June 2, 2023 at 03:56pmHi Duo,
thanks for information. To me it seems this is a defect, as there is one setting called 'evidence summary' in the setting.features which you can enable to have the evidence only attached in the evidence email, if this setting set to false , why shouldn't have evidence summary attached?
here is my notes for the 'Email Documents and Evidence Summary' settings:
Determines if signed documents and the Evidence Summary will be emailed to the sender as attachments upon a transaction’s completion.
1) If this setting is true, both will be emailed.
2) If this setting is false, and the evidenceSummary setting is true, only the Evidence Summary will be emailed.
3) If both this setting and the evidenceSummary setting are false, no documents will be emailed.
So another combination as when this setting is true but evidence summary setting is false ? the current behavior is same as #1, if so, how this combination means?
Thanks.
Cindy

I see what you meant. Yeah, I don't think it's implemented in a way that if 'Evidence Summary' is disabled, it will send signed document only. If an account has 'Email Documents and Evidence Summary' enabled, both evidence summary and signed documents will be attached regardless of whether if Evidence Summary is enabled.
