Error confirming signature
Wednesday, July 12, 2023 at 02:22pmWe are having a problem when the client tries to finalize the signature of the document. When clicking on the confirm button, the message "The selected document(s) could not be uploaded. The document(s) might be corrupted or locked."
All signature fields are filled in and the document appears to be ok. It is possible to view, download and sign on the platform. The problem occurs when confirming.
The package has several documents and the problem seems to only happen with one of them. Can you help us?

Could you report this issue to our support team ([email protected]) with relative information like the environment of your account (production vs sandbox), the package ID of this transaction, and if possible, could you also share the document in the problem with us (if there's no sensitive information)?
