Unhandled Server Error when declining an e-sign transaction?

0 votes

See the attached files below. I got a ticket saying that after the user declines an e-sign transaction the user sees an "unhandled server error" page. Is this supposed to happen? Or is some other page supposed to appear?

Hi kewmrali,

Can I have the package ID of this transaction so that I can help you check the status?

In normal scenarios, after the recipient declined, they'll see the screen telling them the transaction has been declined and the sender will receive an email notification, see screenshot1. And if you refreshed the browser, you will see the same error page because the signing ceremony is not accessible at the moment, see screenshot2.

The packageId should be 92AB43FD-8745-4251-A515-ABBDCE04EFD5

Edit 1, you might also try d6GpDkU0br75VDXa3hGdvTtBoSo=

Note that I did all of this in a separate browser window. After clicking "Decline" I was immediately sent to the "Unhandled server error" page. I didn't refresh or anything like that.

Edit 2, after watching very carefully I do see the "Transaction Declined" page flash for less than a second before the website immediately moves to the "Unhandled server error" page.
